La Mision
Taylor is the second of three beautiful sisters, and her younger sister Kimberly is also part of our Open Arms family.
Taylor is a tender, thoughtful girl, often quiet and reserved, carrying a deep sensitivity that reflects the challenges she has faced. Her parents divorced when she was just three years old, a separation that impacted her greatly. She was raised by her mother, who has worked hard to build a loving, Christ-centered home. Taylor believes in Jesus, but the absence of a father figure has left wounds that show up in shyness, insecurity, and a tendency to keep her distance. Despite this, there is a gentle strength in her—a strength we pray will blossom as she continues to grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
Her mother works in another local ministry and had no one to care for her two youngest daughters while she worked. She came to Open Arms seeking a refuge, a place where her girls could be loved, protected, and taught the Word of God. Today, Taylor and Kimberly have exactly that.
Please pray for this family—that Taylor and her sister will experience deep healing, and that they may come to know God as their true Father who will never leave them or abandon them.
