My Story

Adison is the younger sister of Eithan, one of our preschoolers. Her parents are Adriana and Javier.

Javier was part of our Open Arms program when he was a child, so we've had the opportunity to watch him grow up, become a teenager, then a young adult, and now a father to these two lovely children who are also under our care at the La Mision campus. It's a blessing to see Javier become a dad and strive to keep his family together, and it's part of our mission to be that safe place for his children while they go to work each day. Adison is a very cheerful little girl who loves playing with her dolls, adores animals, and loves to sleep a lot. Adison and Eithan's parents are excited about the possibility of owning a piece of land to build a home and have something of their own. They want emotional stability in their family, a house to build, and someday to own their own business. We love that they have big dreams and aspirations.

It is a blessing to be able to become a safe place for the children of those who have been part of this family since they were little.
