My Story

He has one older brother (Samuel) and three cousins (Dayanna, Santiago, & Isabella) who attend the daycare with him. Diego is all boy. He loves getting dirty and running around any chance he gets. After the passing of his aunt in 2014 Diego and his brother, Samuel, were living with his grandmother, mom and three cousins, Dayana, Isabela and Santiago, all whom are in our care. This put a lot of financial strain on the family. Diegol’s mom found more stable employment and was able to move her, and her boys into a house of their own. When they first came into our care, his mom didn’t want anything to do with God or church. But God has done a work in her heart through our parenting classes. Now, she is a regular church attendee, has been baptized, is a table leader at women’s ministry and married her husband, Diego’s dad. We have enjoyed seeing the Lord work in her life and family. Please pray that this family continues to grow in their faith.
