My Story

She has a twin brother (Santiago) and an older sister (Dayanna) who attend the daycare with her. Isabella is a precious little girl. Her excitement for life is contagious despite the things she has already gone through. Her mom passed away at the end of 2014 at the very young age of 22. Her mom’s molars began to hurt her, and the pain would not cease. She went to the dentist to have all of her molars extracted but that did not help the pain. Soon after, she was diagnosed with leukemia and fought a hard battle in the hospital for eight months until she passed away. The passing of her mom was very hard on the whole family. Isabella’s dad was unable to care for her and her two siblings, so the grandma and the aunt have taken custody of her and her siblings during the week while their dad sees them on the weekend. Her grandma and her aunt work and have had no one to take care of the children. This is why we are here. Not only will she have a safe refuge to come to everyday, she will also hear of the love of Christ and the plan He has for her.
