My Story

Juan Pablo is the cutest kid.

As we were interviewing his mom, he was looking out the window rapping some song to himself. We couldn’t quite make out what he was singing, but he has some talent. When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, his eyes got big and he said he wants to have a store full of tennis shoes. We love that he has aspirations!

His mom is a single mom with two older children in addition to Juan Pablo. Right now, she has to pay a lady to watch Juan Pablo as she goes to work and his two older siblings are in school. But his mom is finding out that she can’t make ends meet. Juan Pablo’s older sister has had to miss school to care for him. His mom doesn’t want to jeopardize his sister’s  education, but she also doesn’t want to leave him home alone while she must work. She is a single mom, as her husband is at a drug rehab center.

Please pray for this family, that they will accept Jesus into their lives and come to love the Father.
