My Story

He has one brother (Diego) and three cousins (Dayanna, Santiago & Isabella) who attend the daycare with him. Samuel is a cuddly rambunctious boy. He is a good big brother. His younger siblings, Diego and Fernanda, also attend the daycare. After the passing of his aunt in 2014 Samuel and his brother were living with his grandmother, mom and three cousins, Dayana, Isabela and Santiago, who are also in our care. This put a lot of financial stress on the family. Samuel’s mom found more stable employment and was able to move her and her boys into a house of their own. When they first came into our care, his mom didn’t want anything to do with God or church. But God has done a work in her heart through our parenting classes. Now, she is a regular church attendee, has been baptized, is a table leader at women’s ministry and married her husband, Samuel’s step-dad. We have enjoyed seeing the Lord work in her life and family. Please pray that this family continues to put God first!
