Sarahi is a blessing to all who know her! She is very loved by her siblings, Ezequiel, Esmeralda, Yocelin, and Cesar who are also in our care. Sarahi’s parents both work in the field all day to earn just enough to support their large family. They are Christians and have worked hard to keep the family together. Since her parents leave for work and her older siblings start school at 7 AM, Sarahi’s other siblings, ages ten and eight, would get her ready for school by themselves and take her to school. After school she would have to walk home by herself and would be alone for two hours every afternoon leaving her vulnerable to the dangers of being alone or to be taken to an orphanage. Now that she and her siblings are in our care, they can be kids, be safe and still continue their education while their parents work. Every day all the kids are OA learning about Jesus, eating nutritious meals and studying for school. Please pray that Sarahi adjusts well to being at OA and that her family continues to grow their relationship with the Lord!
