Carolina is the oldest of two sisters. Her sister, Melissa also attends Open Arms. Carolina is noble and obedient, but she is shy and quiet, which makes it difficult for her to socialize.
One of the difficult moments that she experienced 8 years ago was the separation of her parents, and in the last year and a half her family has been moving from home to home. Last year her family moved to La Misión because in the city of Ensenada rent was too expensive and her mother's salary was not enough to afford it, and apart from that, her grandmother could no longer take care of the 2 girls because she had to take care of her 95-year-old great-grandmother.
Now they have settled in La Misión and want to stay there permanently. Her mother got a job at a local restaurant. She is happy with her job and grateful that her daughters now have a safe place to spend the day while she goes to work. Now Carolina’s mom wants to save money to buy a piece of land and be able to have their own house.
Please pray for this family, that through the care of Carolina, they would come to know Jesus.
