My Story

Dana is a very obedient and helpful girl. She and her mom have been attending our church at Los Pinos since the first day we opened it. Dana lives with her mom, two siblings and a cousin in a 2 room house. Her mom is a single mom that works 7 days a week. Dana is the youngest of her family, she didn't have someone constant to take care of her. Sometimes she was taken care of by a neighbor and other times she was at her house all by herself. Dana’s mother was a victim of human trafficking when she was only 12 years old, and she wants to prevent something as tragic as what she experienced from happening to her daughter. And we do too, so we will also fight for Dana's safety and that she is never exposed to the dangers of being left home alone.
