My Story

Edgar is the youngest from his siblings, Victor, Flor and Cesar, who are also part of our Open Arms family. Edgar loves to play at the playground slide, he’s very happy all the time. He really enjoys coming to our church services with his siblings. Edgar, his siblings and his mom suffered physical abuse from their father, who has an addiction problem. Edgar’s mother decided to move away to protect herself and her children. For 2 years they lived in a shelter for mothers and children at risk. Now her mother rents a small room where they sleep and cook. Now that they are part of our Open Arms family, we will fight for them so they can be free from any abuse. Please help us pray for this family, that they can get to meet Jesus through Open Arms and heal from the physical and emotional abuse they suffered in the past.
