My Story

Noah is full of tenderness and life — with big, expressive eyes that pull you in and a love for Spider-Man that matches his own quiet bravery. He lives with his mom, Shantal, his little brother Jasson (who also attends Open Arms), and their grandmother. Though young, Noah carries a deep sadness: the absence of a father who was never truly there.

Shantal became a mom at a young age and faced every challenge alone. The emotional and financial weight was heavy — and when she came to us, she was exhausted, desperate for stable work and a safe place for her children. She had tried other options, but they left her with fear and regret. Now, she and her boys have found a new beginning at Open Arms — a place filled with safety, trust, and the love of Jesus.
