My Story

Amaya is a bundle of pure joy! She is always smiling and so friendly to everyone she meets. Her parents were only together for a few months before her mom found out she was pregnant with Amaya. Sadly, they did not stay together and now Amaya’s mom is single, working and trying to care for Amaya, and her half-sister, Valeria, as best as she can. Amaya’s dad is only sometimes involved in her life so he is not a help to her mom. Amaya’s mom asked for our help so that her daughters would be “safe and happy” while she works. She plans to go back to school to get her high school diploma. Please pray that Amaya’s mom sees that God has an amazing plan for her, Amaya, and Valeria; and that they accept the love He has to give them!
